Maurten Gel Mix 480 is a carbohydrate-rich energy drink for endurance sports, based on hydrogel technology. It contains 120 grams of carbohydrates when combined with 200 ml of water. With a different hydrogel format, thicker than Drink Mix and lighter than Gel, Gel Mix 480 can be adjusted to personal taste by mixing it with other ingredients.

Designed to be carried in the 350 ml Gel Mix bottle, ideal for a running vest, belt, or back pocket. It features a SpeedFill™ cap for quick refills and a bite valve for easy consumption.

How to prepare with Gel Mix in a 350ml flask

1. Fill the flask to the fill line with 200ml of water.

2. If you wish to customize the flavor, first add your preferred additional ingredient and shake.

3. Pour the Gel Mix 480 from the sachet.

4. Shake the bottle vigorously until dissolved.

5. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes before consuming.
